June is Busting Out ALL OVER!!

 We have everything at SHR this month - everything you need to cozy up your garden, your cabin, your home, your RV, your sister-in-law's house - and even things for your closet and your linen closet!!  How about this cute pair of bar stools?

June Beginnings!

 Slowly but surely SHR is starting to come together for the June sale!!  With construction going on it's been a bit slower than usual - but even tho not a lot of set up has happened yet - the treasures are rolling in!  See what I found today!  I love this little suitcase display even tho she's probably not done with it yet!

 Had a tough time getting the lighting right on this photo.  The stand is cool - but the mid-century modern drapes in shades of blue and brown are incredibly awesome!!

 LOVE these old frameless mirrors - even missing some of their silver they add such sparkle to a room!

 Ooooohhhhh, Aaaaaaahhhhhh - beautiful shutters!

 Beautiful vintage cement pieces - there are also a couple cement birds and deer and bases that are just dying to get to a good home!

Susan has 7 or 8 or 9 of these great maps - and I know Peter has a beautiful map box complete with maps too!  They add such color and history to a room.

 Love the buffet and the console table has such great detail - and it is beautiful rich shade of gray.

 The hutch is so pretty don't you think?  But the blue leaded window....ooh la la!

Love this old brooder hood - can't you just seen it hanging on a wall with a mirror inside it ????  Or from a ceiling with a light fixture coming out of it?  Or as a Christmas tree stand?  What would you use it for?

We're In Construction Mode!

Brad has been working hard to give a couple spots a whole new look!  He has expanded our bathroom by cutting into that skinny little hallway that was unused.  Now Dylan will have more display room in the bathroom - and we have a nice "new" vanity - a beautiful dresser worked perfectly!

 That made for changes in the room just behind the desk area too.  The hallway door got closed up and Brad closed off the small closet.  He opened up the closet on the other side so that we now have more storage room in the closet behind the desk!  Now we will all be able to find our cleaning supplies and have a place to hang our jackets and purses!  Kris gets more wall space in her room - which makes her very happy!  The small closet was always hard to set up.  Now as soon Brad is finished with all of his work Kris and Dylan can get in and paint walls and floors.  Yippee!

The added space in the bathroom!  Dylan is quite happy with the new space and they have already stained the floors dark in there.  Gonna be fun to have some new space to share with you for the June sale!

Getting Ready for May!!

 The May sale is coming up fast - and we are all running around like crazy to get you the best treasures the world has to offer!  No one has really even started set up yet - in fact most of the treasures coming in are in various states of painting and repair or stacked on each other or peeking out of boxes.  BUT - I think you guys can all use your imaginations!  I love the blue color on this piece.  It isn't quite as bright as the photo makes it appear.

 This little 2 piece is a gem isn't she.  Barb is still working on paint but she is going to be gorgeous!

 And another pretty quilt.  These spring colors are so fresh and would be great in your bedroom or at the cabin or thrown over a couch!

 The photo's color isn't quite right.  I tried to get it right but this was as close as I could get.  The color is called cinnamon - kinda orange and so fresh.

 MaryAnn was painting this handsome armoire today.  Can't wait to see it all done - and it has gorgeous hardware!
