Unfortunately we don't get paid for the blood sweat and tears...or the dirt under out fingernails....wait...those fingernails are all broken off from trying to scrape a couple spots of undeterminable something off a piece of furniture. The reward is the look of glee on the shopper's face, when they find the item they just can't live without!
